Plans

Obviously, every phone service provider will have phone plans. PCS1 will be no different. PCS stands for Personal Communications Services, and PCS1 will strive to be that. And since both cellular, and SIP? services is offered with this company (something I don’t see anyone else doing), there will be a need for connections with the rest of the world. I want to try to make the plan as affordable as possible while still providing for a good support team with sales coming in second. This is because most things can be done through your control panel, and sales will likely only be desired for sales questions while you would be able to log into your account and make whatever changes. If you can’t figure something out, then you can always email or call support services.

Cellular

Unless Senitrus Computers were to exist, PCS1 will not sell phones. You can go through many outlets to get the phone you want, and since all phones sold these days must support VOLTE?, then this is not an issue. PCS1 will focus their attention on the customer rather than trying to sell a phone they likely can get elsewhere. If the customer needs a SIM? card sent to them, then they can order a SIM card from the control panel. If the customer wishes to use eSIM?, then they simply use the QR code for their line to activate their eSIM line.

SIP

SIP is typically thought of as for the home. As with cellular, only Senitrus Devices will be sold for the customer. Otherwise, they can choose their own ATA?, or wifi? phone. The SIP phone service is good for anyone that just wants a home phone line. If they need FOIP?, then that is an option as well.
