DND (Do Not Disturb) is a feature you can turn on to a particular line to DND. This can be until you turn it off. Any call coming in will go straight to voicemail. However, you can still make outgoing calls from the line with DND on. DND can be turned on through the control panel, or by dialing *221 on your phone. To turn off DND, you would dial *220.
