Calling 611 is calling customer service. Unlike other SIP?/Landline providers, they don’t support 611 calling for whatever the reason. However, with PCS1. you would be able to call 611 from either your home phone, or your cellular phone. This is assuming the line you are calling from is a PCS1 line. If you are calling from another carrier, you would have to dial the toll-free number to reach PCS1.
